STORAGE
Store at room temperature until fully ripe. Any ripe tomato you aren’t ready to eat can be stored in the refrigerator for a day or two.
FAVE WAYS TO PREPARE
-Slice any way you please, sprinkle with salt and pep, rest 10 minutes or so, and enjoy the happiest summer snack.
-Or, take those slices and make a dang BLT!
-Make Spicy Tomato Salad: diced tomato+diced hot pepper+salt+pepper+olive oil+cilantro
-Make a Caprese salad: fresh, ripe maters, torn mozz, a drizzle of olive oil, flaky salt, a couple cranks of peppers, a handful of torn basil leaves…YUMMMMY.
