Store, unwashed, in the refrigerator for a week or two. Wash and dry before eating. If you only use part of the head, wrap what’s left in an airtight bag to retain freshness.

FAVE WAYS TO PREPARE

-Cut in half and grill until charred and tender. Serve with a fat slice of spicy compound butter, salt, pepper, cilantro, mint, sliced green onion, and something crunchy.

-Cut into bite-sized pieces and add to your fav fried rice recipe
