FAVE WAYS TO PREPARE

-Dill Pickles (duh)

-Make a dank veggie sammie: smashed avo + crunchy lettuce + thinly sliced cukes + microgreens (and/or tender herbs) + pickled radishes + mayo

-Smash cukes with a rolling pin (or crush with a heavy pot) until they split apart. Tear into bite-sized pieces and toss with salt. Allow excess moisture to drain in a colander for at least 10 minutes. Transfer to a platter, drizzle with a little olive oil and vinegar, and top with mint, toasty pistachios, and feta.

-Slice into thin rounds and make yourself some fancy-ass water. Add some mint, add some basil, squeeze in some citrus, put an edible flower in there. Ahhhhhh….
