FAVE WAYS TO PREPARE
-Raw, dunked in hummus, sprinkled with Za’atar
-Roasted or grilled whole, with 2” of stems remaining, until soft and charred in spots. Drizzle with herby yogurt sauce, lemon tahini, Chimichurri, spicy aioli, or whatever your heart desires!
