-Make Pesto (also Vegan Pesto)
-Make a Caprese salad: fresh, ripe maters, torn mozz, a drizzle of olive oil, flaky salt, a couple cranks of peppers, a handful of torn basil leaves…that’s heaven.
-Make Cucumber-Basil Agua Fresca
-Mix whole leaves (and a bit of stem if you want) with tender greens for a salad
